Don't have all of the details from your arrest or conviction? No worries. We've got you covered. We offer a FREE Database Search of your criminal history. For those forms and applications that require more in-depth court information (case number, judge's name, etc.), choose our Docket Search option to retrieve the actual court documents from your proceedings.

Eligibility Summary

How do I know if I'm eligible? Our eligibility test guides you through a series of questions. It will ask you specific questions relating to your charge or arrest. Based on your answers, the eligibility check lets you know exactly what you qualify for according to the laws in your state.

We will obtain your criminal history and determine which cases can be expunged or sealed. You can either start exclusively with this service; otherwise the record retrieval is automatically completed as part of the record clearing process.

File With the Court to Clear Your Record

Based on your eligibility outcome, we will sign you up for the service you need in order to clear your criminal record in your state. After we have all the information we need from your criminal records, we will file the application with the court to clear your criminal record. Be confident that everything is filled out properly and that it has been sent it to the proper agencies.

Attend Court Hearings For You

If the court requires a hearing in order to make a decision on your application for a criminal record expungement or sealing, we will have an attorney appear at the hearing to present your case to the judge.
